Ryan Boniface 

Principal Product Manager, Cell Culture Research at Cytiva

Ryan brings more than 17 years of experience in end-to-end product commercialization, spanning process and product development, technology transfer, commercial manufacturing support, and R&D leadership. He has played a key role in the development and commercialization of first-in-class cell culture media, feeds, and supplements. His expertise also includes post-launch product support, go-to-market strategy, strategic planning, and lifecycle management for protein production products.

Ross Turmell

Principal Scientist at Cytiva

Ross is a Principal Scientist in Cytiva’s Manufacturing Science and Technology organization, with over 26 years of experience in biopharmaceutical bulk drug processing across both upstream and downstream operations. He specializes in aseptic process design and filtration technologies, and has held technical leadership roles at Pall Corporation, Amgen, and Baxter BioScience. Ross regularly hosts technical seminars and training sessions focused on biopharmaceutical separations technologies.

Aron Lorenz

Bioprocess Hardware Application Specialist at Cytiva 

Aron brings 16 years of experience supporting bioprocessing customers and technologies. A subject matter expert in UNICORN software, he has worked extensively in implementation, method development, troubleshooting, results analysis, and technical support. As a member of Cytiva's UNICORN 8 Launch Excellence Team, Aron collaborates with Product Management to incorporate customer feedback and help guide the successful adoption of the software. He is passionate about helping customers maximize the value of their bioprocessing workflows through practical, user-focused solutions.

Director of Automation Solutions - Product & Lifecycle Management at Cytiva

Christopher Sandusky is a recognized leader in bioprocess automation and digital transformation. He specializes in helping life sciences manufacturers leverage automation, DCS, SCADA, Historians, industrial AI, digital twins, and advanced analytics to improve manufacturing performance and accelerate innovation. Christopher frequently speaks on smart manufacturing, Industry 4.0, and the future of data-driven bioprocess operations.
