Director of Product Management, Cell Culture Media Platform at Cytiva

Jarv brings more than 20 years of product management experience across cell culture applications, single‑use bioprocessing, and cardiovascular and orthopaedic medical devices. As Director of the Cell Culture Media Platform at Cytiva, he leads strategy and execution for the HyClone media and feed portfolios, including critical raw material characterization initiatives. With a strong background in commercial leadership, he values hands‑on collaboration with customers to optimize workflows.

Zach Mathes

Business Development Lead at Asimov

Zach Mathes is the Business Development Lead (Western Region) at Asimov, a mammalian synthetic biology company that has developed platforms for the production of biologics, cell and gene therapies, and RNA. He holds an MS in Bioengineering from the University of Missouri and an MS in Microbiology & Immunology from Colorado State University. Starting early at the bench before transitioning to the commercial side, Zach has held roles at Sartorius, Thermo Fisher Scientific, and Cardinal Health, and has since spent several years driving commercial strategy in the biotech startup space. He leverages his background across computational biology, cell line engineering, and hands-on bioprocessing to bridge the gap between genetic design and manufacturing outcomes.

Lacy Linney

Sustainability Product Transparency and Commercial Leader at Cytiva

Lacy Linney is the Commercial Sustainability Leader at Cytiva. She spends a lot of time with our customers understanding their sustainability needs and how Cytiva can support their ambitions.  She spends a lot of time supporting projects that promote sustainability initiatives such as data transparency, biobased materials and decarbonizing the supply chain.

Ross Turmell

Principal Scientist at Cytiva

Ross is a Principal Scientist in Cytiva’s Manufacturing Science and Technology organization, with over 26 years of experience in biopharmaceutical bulk drug processing across both upstream and downstream operations. He specializes in aseptic process design and filtration technologies, and has held technical leadership roles at Pall Corporation, Amgen, and Baxter BioScience. Ross regularly hosts technical seminars and training sessions focused on biopharmaceutical separations technologies.
